Operations management, synchronized with the ERP

Production scheduling, quality, inventory, orders, deliveries and live fleet tracking, synchronized end to end with the company's ERP — plus a shop-floor TV panel.

About 10 hours a month of logistics time freed in delivery rescheduling alone — the client's own estimate.
