The problem

Does this happen in your company?

  • The order lives in one place. The inventory, in another.
  • Each department invented its own way of tracking the operation.
  • Your team copies information from one system into another, by hand.
  • A figure leaves the ERP, goes into a spreadsheet and comes back into another system.
  • Some spreadsheets have become part of the process — if someone doesn't update them, the information simply stops existing.
  • You have to ask someone to find out what is going on.
  • The systems are there, but the full picture of the operation still depends on people.

If you recognised your company here, the problem may not be a lack of software. It's the lack of connection between them.

Before & after

From a fragmented operation
to a connected one.

How it works today
  • The same information is typed more than once, in different places.
  • Each department only sees its own slice of the operation.
  • Parallel spreadsheets hold up critical processes.
  • Knowing the status of an order means asking someone.
  • The ERP records, but doesn't follow the day to day.
With PRO9
  • Data is entered once and flows between systems.
  • Orders, production, inventory and delivery on the same timeline.
  • What used to be a spreadsheet becomes a process inside the system.
  • The status is on screen, for whoever needs to see it.
  • The ERP stays in place — the system covers what it doesn't.

We don't install off-the-shelf software. We build your company's system — integrated with what you already use.

We understand the operation, design the solution with you and build what your company needs — without replacing your ERP, your spreadsheets or the way of working that already works.

Projects

Some of the systems we've built.

Rounce industrial operations dashboard on a monitor and a phone
Concrete products manufacturer

Rounce — operations management

From order to delivery: production, quality, inventory, orders, deliveries and live fleet, synced end to end with the company's ERP.

Around 10 h per month of logistics time freed on delivery rescheduling alone.

Monthly calendar of the event venue management system, on a laptop and a phone
Group of event venues

Scheduling and contracts

Events, clients, suppliers, venues, tasks and finance in a single calendar — from the first enquiry to post-event maintenance.

CRM dashboard with sales pipeline and contacts, on a tablet and a phone
Same manufacturer as Rounce

Sales CRM

Pipeline, commission simulation and opportunities by salesperson. It came from an urgent need: we shipped it standalone so it would work right away, and it is now being merged into Rounce.

Offgrid screen showing an offroad route map, on a laptop and a phone
Consumer app

Offgrid — routes and community

Logging the trails you have ridden, planning routes and sharing trail reports among people who drive off the tarmac.

All in use today, at companies that run every day. The CRM and Rounce belong to the same company. The screens above are illustrative, with fictitious data, and the figure on the Rounce card is the company's own estimate.

How it works

Getting started is simple.

1

We understand the operation

You tell us how the company runs today. We map systems, processes and where information gets lost.

2

We design and validate the solution

Screens, scope, price and timeline — approved by you before a single line of code.

3

We build, deploy and stay close

We build it, train your team and stick around to adjust and evolve the system.

Who's behind it

Technology built by people
who understand operations.

Lucas Aveiro, founder of PRO9

PRO9 grew out of the practical experience of solving operational problems inside real companies. Before building software, we understand how orders, production, inventory, logistics, finance and people actually work.

The person you talk to is the person who designs, builds and stays with your system. There is no salesperson in between.

Security and continuity

Your data stays yours.

Data ownership

Your operational data belongs to your company. Export in an open format stays available for as long as the system is running.

Backup and continuity

Backup routines and a recovery plan defined at the start of the project, according to how critical the operation is.

Controlled access

Users, permission levels and operation logs configured to match your company's structure.

After go-live

PRO9 keeps supporting the system after delivery — adjustments, evolution and support agreed in the contract.

How personal data is handled is defined together with your company at the start of the project, taking into account the data-protection requirements that apply to your context.

FAQ

What everyone asks before starting.

Do I need to replace the system or ERP I already use?

No. What you use today keeps working. Our system connects to it and organizes what it doesn't cover: your day-to-day operation — orders, inventory, production and deliveries.

Can you integrate with any ERP?

We assess the integration options with the systems your company already uses. Where there is an API or another secure means of communication, we build the integration that fits the project. That assessment is part of the diagnosis, before any proposal.

Can we start with just one process?

Yes — and it's the route we prefer. We start with the process that creates the most rework today, put it live, and grow from there without stopping the operation.

My team isn't good with technology. Will they manage?

The system is built around how you already work, with the words you already use. Every tool has some learning curve — ours is designed to be a short one, and we train the team closely until everyone is comfortable.

How much does it cost?

Every system is custom-built, so the price depends on the size of the project. In the first conversation you'll already leave with a clear idea of the investment — before deciding anything, and with no commitment.

Is there a monthly fee?

It depends on what the project involves: hosting, support and ongoing evolution may come as a recurring cost. What is one-off and what is monthly is listed separately and explicitly in the proposal, with no fine print.

Who owns the system?

The system is built for your company and the data is yours. Ownership and code-use terms are set out in the contract, agreed before the project starts.

How long does it take?

It depends on what your company needs. You get the timeline together with the proposal — and you see the screen designs before construction starts, so there are no surprises.

How do support and maintenance work?

After delivery we keep looking after the system: fixes, process adjustments and evolution. The support channel and response times are agreed in the contract.

What if I don't like it?

You approve the design of every screen before we build. What you saw and approved is what you get. And after delivery we stay close, adjusting whatever's needed.

Does it work on phones?

Yes. You follow your company from your phone or computer — from the office, from home or on the road.
